Rm1 Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide to Using Malaysia's Platform

1. Eligibility & rm1 Account Registration

The rm1 platform is for adults only. To register and use rm1's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• A resident of Malaysia or a Malaysian citizen.
• Have an active Malaysian phone number capable of receiving OTPs.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list from any related platform.
• Not representing any corporate entity, agency, or third party when registering a personal account.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one rm1 account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using identical or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

Rm1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Any changes to your personal details (including phone number or email) must be reported to the rm1 support team promptly.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals at rm1

Rm1 accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment methods only. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

For fund withdrawals, rm1 will process withdrawal requests to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your rm1 account. Withdrawals to accounts or numbers that differ from your rm1 account information will not be processed.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM20 per transaction.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: RM50,000 (subject to account verification level).
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 10 minutes for e-wallets, and 1–24 hours for bank transfers.
• Rm1 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain amounts as a security measure.

Rm1 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by banks or e-wallet providers are beyond rm1's control and are the member's responsibility.

3. rm1 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Rm1 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account, except for recurring promotions such as weekly cashback or reload bonuses.
• The rm1 Welcome Bonus is exclusive to new members — one claim per individual, phone number, and device.
• The standard rollover requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 5x the bonus amount received, and must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Bonus wagering can be placed across all rm1 game categories except those specifically excluded under the relevant promotion's terms.
• Rm1 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus obtained through illegitimate means, fraud, or a breach of terms.
• Rollover calculations will not count for voided bets, bets involving odds errors, or bets where collusion is suspected.

• Use of automated software, bots, or any method that provides an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Systematic abuse of rm1's bonus or promotion systems.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at rm1 support staff.
• Registration by individuals under 21 years of age, or using another person's identity.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any legitimate funds (excluding bonuses or winnings obtained through improper means) may be returned subject to an investigation conducted by rm1. The investigation process may take up to 30 business days.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through their account settings or by contacting rm1 support. Any remaining balance (subject to applicable conditions being met) will be returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days.

In all circumstances, rm1's maximum liability to any member for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
